Shipping Policy
We deliver our products using Australia Post. We charge a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping, however if you require express shipping, we charge a flat rate of $25. All orders are shipped with tracking.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- For Domestic Express orders, shipping times are estimated to arrive between 1 and 4 business days.
- For Domestic Standard orders, shipping times are estimated to arrive between 2 and 8 business days.
Our Pre-Order Policy:
In cases where your order comprises both pre-order products and items currently in stock, we will withhold the entire order from dispatch or pickup until all pre-order items have been received in our warehouse or the official release date for the final pre-order item has been reached.
Should you wish to split your order and have your in-stock items shipped immediately, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Team at info@pokecards.com.au promptly to make the necessary arrangements. Please be aware that this will result in an additional delivery charge, as the original order will be divided into two separate orders.
Alternatively, if you prefer to order a pre-order item and an in-stock item, please complete this as separate order transactions to avoid any delays with your items.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
